With our downtown Santa Barbara shred drop off location you can have the freedom to get rid of your shred when it’s convenient for you. When you use our shredding services there is no need to wait while we shred, our shredding services staff are bonded and insured and bound by confidentiality agreements.

Call us when you are outside and we can come help you with your shred curbside.

  • We accept all major credit cards and are open: 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
Large 95 Gallon Securely
Locked Bins
  • While we do not shred on-site while you wait, we do store your records in a secure triple locked area until the shred process has been completed. What does triple locked mean?
  1. Your documents are transferred from the containers you provided to 95 gallon secure storage bins that are under padlock pass-code at all times.
  2. Our locked bins are then stored in a locked storage room that has only one access point from within our office with a keyed locking door.
  3. Our office area is then secured by a keypad and has only one access point.

Remember anything that you don’t want to shred or if you are unsure if you are required to keep, can be archived by our team members with our Document Scanning Service. We have several high speed scanners standing by to scan and preserve large volumes of documents prior to shredding them.

ACCEPTED PAPER SHREDDING ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR OUR BASE READY FOR SHRED RATE :

  • All Paper Including:
    • Paper Clips
    • Staples
    • Small Binder Clips
  • Manila Folders
  • Red wells

ITEMS THAT TRIGGER HIGHER TIER PRICING

  • Hanging Metal File Folders that need to be sorted out of the paper shred
  • Bound or Fastened volumes (staples and small binder clips are ok) EG: acco 2 prong, brads, spiral, comb, velo, perfect bind, etc.
  • Anything Plastic like sheet protectors that needs to be sorted out
  • D-Ring / 3-Ring Binders of paper that need paper removed from them
  • Bound Books that need to be reduced in thickness before being shred
  • Mounted photographs or albums that need the photos removed
  • Mixed materials that need to be sorted prior to shredding

NON Paper Items that can be accepted for an additional fee:

The following items require a different shredding process and are not part of the standard clean paper shredding rates.
